Initial Consultation

The booking team at the national enquiry centre will advise you regarding fees and clinic availability. You will be invoiced directly by Circle Health Group team.

When you attend your appointment, you may be asked by the Reception staff at the hospitals for a credit card/debit card. However, the fee for your consultation will NOT routinely be taken from this card. The hospitals take details of payment to cover any additional costs generated at the hospitals, but they will not take payment for anything without informing you first.

Surgery / Treatment

You have to contact admin team If you decide to go ahead with surgery. It is at this point that you can discuss dates which might suit you.  You will be also required to make full payment for surgery prior to it taking place. This is a requirement of the hospitals, and they will take the payment for this, not the practice staff. Please note - if payment is not made prior to surgery then it will not take place. This is a hospitals-wide policy..
